Where do I edit my profile?
Getting to edit your profile can be done one of two ways.

First, when you are logged in, you will see a "View / Edit" my profile link in
the upper right hand corner of the screen on all pages. Clicking this
link will take you directly to your profile.
The alternative way to get to your profile is to go to your user profile from a
link in our site. From user testimonials, comment and articles written by
you, you can click through to your profile with relative ease.
Once there, if you are on your own profile page, a link will appear that
says "Edit my Profile" as shown in the image above.
Your profile is your presence online, and we look to represent you well.
You can add a slew of information about yourself and even protect yourself
withour privacy settings from being found if you choose. Your profile
will consist mainly of your "About Me" section, any writings or comments you
submit to PokerSchedule, a place for people to give you "Props" or
kudos testimonials (that you choose to approve or decline), and your poker
stories section. We also have a place for you to collect friends you
make on our site, and adding them is as easy as going to their profile and
clicking "add to my friends".
What does my Edit Profile page look like?
Our Profile Editor is easy to use and covers 9 major points:
-
Basics: Your basic signup information. If you change your email
address or want to change your Name and/or Password, you can go here.
-
About Me: Information about yourself including your hometown
and your free-form information area.
-
My Poker Info: Your favorite games and best poker stories can be entered
in this area.
-
Newsletters: Control the information you receive from
PokerSchedule.Com. You can even choose the day you prefer to get email
from us. Also, you can set alerts to receive email when someone leaves
you a testimonial, comment to an article, etc. Get as much or as little
mail from us as you want.
-
Signatures: When you leave a comment, your signature will be
displayed. You can choose more of a Bio approach with your Article
Signature, which will be displayed if you choose to write articles for us.
-
Privacy Settings: Be seen or be invisible. It's up to you.
-
My Photos: Currently your photo/icon area only, but coming soon a photo
storage area where you can save & share some of your personal game photos.
-
Other Aliases: You're known as Poker Tom here but PokerThomas on
Chipleaders and BigTom on PartyPoker? That's cool with us. Enter
your nicknames for other poker rooms and sites here.
-
Invite Friends: With this, you can invite a friend to join
PokerSchedule. As a bonus, you can choose their name for them. They
do, of course, have the right to change it when they confirm their email
address.
